ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL
There are electronic locks with an access code in our hotel (for entering the hotel and to the room). Each room receives a unique PIN, valid for the duration of its stay.  Reception is open  non-stop. Therefore, no one is present at reception during a night to open doors.
ATTENTION: entry to the hotel is only possible after payment and obtaining a 4-digit entry PIN. After payment, generate an entry PIN in app.myalfred.cz.
ATTENTION: the reservation code is not used to enter the hotel Reservations with a guarantee (company order or authorized bank card with blocking) receive a PIN through the reception without the need to pay in advance.

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS
Reception is open 24  hours daily . Receptionists are glad to provide our guests with information and additional services. Check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00. We ask guests to use application Alfred for on-line registration of your arriving and moment of your check-out.

EXTRA BED
only for order in advance until 12:00 on the day of arrival - please contact our reception. The price of an extra bed is 400 CZK / night.

BREAKFAST
A buffet breakfast is available for all hotel guests in the hotel restaurant every working day from 07:00 to 09:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 08:00 to 10:00. Ordering breakfast - when booking a room or on arrival. It is possible to arrange a replacement package or an earlier breakfast if you leave early in the morning.

RESTAURANT
The space of our restaurant in the basement of the hotel is available only for the breakfast of our guests and for organizing of ordered social events. The restaurant, as well as our conference lounge, is also a suitable place for meetings, celebrations, etc. The capacity is about 50 seats. We are willing to provide meals from the catering or, according to the agreement, to rent space for your own cartage.

Lunch and dinner –please, visit a restaurant nearby (list at the reception) or order the delivery of meals from Pizzeria Parenzo (menu at the reception) or order yourself via the Internet - delivery at www.damejidlo.cz, etc. Consumption is in the hotel restaurant or in a room, food delivery to a room is possible by arrangement with the receptionist.

BAR
The hotel bar is for our guests only. The receptionist will serve you in the bar area, connected to the restaurant or sell you drinks from our menu, which you can take to your room.

GARDEN
The large garden around the hotel offers seating in good weather for anyone who appreciates a green still life in the middle of the city center.

WI-FI
Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge in hotel´s area for hotel guests. You will find the password in information materials in your room.

ORDERING A CAR / TAXI
We will be glad to arrange a taxi for you, or we will find out information about the car rental. It is possible to pay for a taxi at our reception.

INFORMATION SERVICE
Information service - we will find out information to the guest, including the use of free time (transport Kladno-Prague, incl. Timetables, interesting places in the vicinity,  current cultural events, etc.)

LAUNDRY SERVICE
We will glad to laundry and ironing guest´s things. Duration up is till 24 hours. Charged service (price list and delivery at the reception).

NON - SMOKING ENVIRONMENT
Please note that the whole interior of the hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is available under the shelter of the main enter of building or in the garden. We are glad that our dear guests respect others, including those who will arrive to accommodate after their departure. Violation of the smoking ban is punishable by a fine 2500,-CZK and the landlord reserves the right to reimbursement of costs related to the restoration of smoky or otherwise damaged areas. (see Hotel Rules).

PETS
Accommodation with pets (dogs, cats, other small animals) is possible only for previous agreement as an exception of the Hotel Rules.

CONFERENCE LOUNGE
is open daily upon reservation at the hotel reception.
This space on the ground floor of the hotel is for about 30 people, organization and equipment according to the order. Comfortable environment for lectures, trainings, business meetings and private celebrations. MORE INFORMATIONS
